1. SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.1. Delivery within Estonia

In-stock items: If the product is available at our main warehouse in Tallinn, we hand it over to the delivery service (Omniva / SmartPost) within 1 business day after payment. Delivery time to you: 1–3 business days.

“On Order” items: If the status shows “Delivery 2–3 days” (or Backorder), the product is being moved from an international warehouse. Total delivery time: 3–5 business days.

1.2. Shipping to Europe (EU)

We ship orders to Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, and other EU countries.

• Delivery time and cost depend on the destination country and package weight.

• Exact shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout when you select your country.

1.3. Didn’t find a suitable shipping method?

If you don’t see a suitable shipping option at checkout (or the calculator doesn’t show a price for your country) — don’t worry, we will find a solution!

1.4. Local Pickup

You can pick up your paid order yourself from our office:

• Address: Tallinn, Tuuliku tee 4 (Smart Security OÜ).

• Hours: Mon–Fri, 09:00 – 17:00.

• Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready for pickup.

2. IMPORTANT INFORMATION

2.1. Data Accuracy

Please carefully check your address, postal code, and phone number. Fonolukk.eu and courier services are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect recipient data.

2.2. Pricing and Payment

• All prices in the online store are in Euros (€) and include VAT (KM).

• Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are added at checkout.

2.3. Price Changes

If the price of a product changes in the online store after you have placed and paid for your order, the price at the moment of purchase applies to you.

• We do not require additional payment if the price increases.

• We do not compensate the difference if the price decreases.
