Core of the Video Intercom System
The central power supply unit is a key component of any Touch Line installation. With its structural and functional features, the central video unit plays a crucial role in the interaction, programming, and operation of all elements of the video intercom system.
Main Functions:
- Power supply for the entire system: 13.5V / 2A
- Direct connections for a single apartment (one-family) or a video connection hub
- Separate connections for different lock types and an exit button
- Additional connections for an external analog camera
- Dedicated outputs for auxiliary commands: automatic gates, garage doors, lighting system
- DVR compatibility
- System diagnostics with LED indicators
- Short-circuit protection for all connected components
- Installation parameter programming
The central video unit with one output is designed for single-family homes and multi-apartment buildings.
Safety & Installation:
- Flame-retardant casing | DIN-rail mounting
- Meets international safety, compatibility, and fire resistance standards
- UL-certified PCB
- Can be mounted on DIN-rail or surface-mounted
Functions, Indications & Connections
Key Features of the 1-Output Video Unit:
- Stable 13.5V / 2A power supply
- Integration into intercom programming: terminal and panel addressing, configuration
- Lock opening time setting: 1 to 10 sec
- LED indicators for system status:
- Mains voltage presence (110-230V AC, 50/60Hz) – Green LED
- Stable voltage output (13.5V / 2A) – Green LED
- Battery status and operation – Green LED
- Programming mode entry – Red LED
- Diagnostic & status indicators
Direct Connections for:
- Power supply: 110-230V AC, 50-60Hz
- Call panel
- Single terminal (single-family) or connection box (multi-apartment) – OUT1
- Three types of lock control:
- DC Lock (12V / max. 1A DC) – Relay closes upon activation; power supplied by the central unit
- AC Lock (max. 24V / max. 5A AC) – Relay closes upon activation; requires a separate power supply
- Electromagnetic Lock (max. 24V / max. 5A DC) – Relay opens upon lock activation or power loss; requires an independent power source
- Exit button (for electromagnetic locks)
- Analog external camera
- Auxiliary relay for automation (gates, garage doors, lighting, etc.) – max. 24V DC/AC, 5A
- Battery connection
Protections:
- Short-circuit protection with diagnostics & LED indicators for panels, terminals, and DC locks
- Overload protection (above 0.75A) with fault isolation
- Battery overload protection (above 0.4A)
- Reverse polarity protection for battery connection
